Back from Holiday break!!!

16th of Frostfall

Currently Nick’s Spike Growth is active, all other concentration spells are reset at this point. Rayven’s Battle Shout is still active.
The Warmaster Raggletooth continues to conduct the death powered ritual. In his curiosity Ray manages to take damage from Raggletooth’s ballsack. As the group moves forward through the camp killing the Quilboar, the warmaster begins to panic. Shortly afterwards the ritual appears to backfire with a booming voice stating that Raggletooth had failed him, and “too soon”. The blood drains from the terrified Raggletooth as well as the living and dead Quilboar.

Ragnaros appears in an explosion of fire and magma from the mountain top behind the altar.

As the group begins to engage, fire and magma continue to spew from the mountain and with Ragnaros’s attacks.

Current Inventory:

Before leaving the Southern Quilbore camp, the group erects a proudly phallic alter to Myrkul of the bones of the Quilbore sacrificed in an effort to summon Ragnaros, keeping only the hand of MaggleTooth.
The remaining southern quilbore plan to commune with their departed, after which they may follow up with their northern brethren. Our undead hoard makes plans to inform the northern quilbore of their possible arrival as well as checking in on the status of SnaggleTooth for the removal of his Ragnic-infestation. They plan to stop by Camp T on the way.

The group travels back to Camp T to brief all required parties of the newest developments.

In route the group:

  • Contacted Bloodpig to confirm the current status of our people and the Ragnaros infected individuals that had been left at the camp. While the corruption on the Warmaster is not completely gone, that between concerted efforts of the shaman and our group of cleaning the infestation was dramatically less.
  • The group has been unsuccessful in contacting Elder Doom Bloodgrave every 24hs, this in itself is concerning.

As the victorious but sadly loot impoverished band moved 3 days later into Camp T they go through the paces to report their victory to the relevant parties.
Beginning with the highest possibility of gold and reward, the group singles out MangleTooth on the death of one of his two arch rivals, MaggleTooth. While he’s still not pleased that SnaggleTooth still lives, his dishonor and defeat coupled with MaggleTooth’s death of fire betrayed by his own god was enough to merit the reward of the successful completion of the assignment. MangleTooth left the camp with the proof of death of SnaggleTooth’s mummified hand saying he would return with the reward in 4 hours.

The group progressed to report to Archdruid Garon and General Ragetotem on the destruction of the avatar of Ragnaros. Archdruid Garon examined the ruby that our undead adventurers claimed from the ashes. Identified as the Inferno Emberstone from the hammer of the avatar, Archdruid Garon informed the group that the stone could be used to open a portal into the heart of the fire realm. That entering the Firelands quickly would give the best chance at defeating Ragnaros ‘s true form as he would need about a week to recover from the defeat of his avator. It is expected that the group has 4 days left to take advantage of this need to regeneration. Unlike the quilbore, Archdruid Garon and Ak-jash should be able to complete the ritual over the course of an hour without the mass amounts of death. Like the quilbore, if the centar’s try to recreate the summoning they will be required kill a large amount of people, which they will do though we’re not sure when. Archdruid Garon can offer only 5 uncommon health potions, but assures the group there will be a magical item on the completion of the annihilation of the true form of Ragnaros.

When the payers begin to drop like flies to sickness and exhaustion, they agree on the following for the next session.

  • Follow-up with Brol:
Possible completion of purchase of the Sapphire Amulet of the Stormcaller. (possible use of MangleTooth’s reward or asking the General/Archdruid to act as a co-signer for the remainder of the payment)
  • MangleTooth’s Reward? Hopefully? Maybe, it might be in cheese.
  • Elder Doom Bloodgrave contact again via the mental connection rings, for possible aid or materials.

Ending on the 19th of Frostfall

Note: these are the original necklace details

For Seek

On the 19th of Frostfall the party meanders around town collecting and buying supplies for the fight ahead . Mangletooth comes across with 2000 gp and some gems for achieving close enough to what was required . a fire resistance potion and 3 healing potions are aquired for 2200 gp . Sadly the gems received are bunk and are sold after being cut to the person who cut them. 2 gems are acquired in trade for said bunk gems, One is nice and the loony barbarian gladly takes it.300 gp for the cutting. On the 20 th of Frostfall Akjash and Archdruid Geran introduce a new member of the party and give all a ring , They then open a portal for the party to confront Ragnaros and after a very short exploration the party confronts said asshole and a grand melee erupts ! party gold was 2300 gp before all the goodies and rewards are given. I figure about 200 gp to our name atm ! (edited)

Gold in the bank:20,000 gp

Gold on hand: 1360 gp

21st of Frostfall: We created a horde bank account (All banks are linked in terms of gold. - damon 2/26/25). Items stay in the city we drop them off at. Deathpig begins their journey to shadowfang keep from Ratchet to take control from the Baron. The damage in shadowfang keep was repaired and they maintained control over the fort. We have about 200 quilboar at NorthWatch hold(kris’ keep). 50 of the quilboar and Enoruk the engineer from NorthWatch hold are sent to shadowfang keep to rebuild(Ray renames shadowfang keep to shadowbane keep (In which there are 50 working quilboar and 30 soldiers excluding Baron Davion Burch)). The cenarion circle sent 15,000 gold for defeating Ragnoros to our bank. Off the docks of NorthWatch hold the Darkspear Windreaver (a battleship made to look like a merchant vessel) our Pirate crew (Yavo) . We talk to Thrall and instead of 15,000 gold we are given the land rights to the crossroads with no taxes. We head off to NorthWatch hold and collect our profit of 2060 gold as we get to the hold we meet Wardell Notley - steward of the alliance and in the name of the alliance gives us 5,000 gold into our bank. Brol gives us 2,000 gold credit at the Dancing Dragons in Ratchet in compensation for our prior 4,000 gold down payment. We pay Nova Flatseeker (the Herbalist (MIGHT be able to craft us potions and elixirs)) to work for us permanently. We gain 100 quilboar from the Northern quilboar tribe and send them to NorthWatch hold.

22nd of Frostfall: Day spent traveling\

23rd of Frostfall: We enter the Dancing Dragon armor shop and hear a rumor from a shopkeeper about how Ogrimmar has lost contact with Stonard and the cartel is advised not to go there for trade as well as that Magical equipment is scarce these days, someone requisition a ton of mana crystals to Gadestzan to an unknown buyer. We head to the bar and hear that Stormwind has Lost contact with Nethergarde Keep, the cartel is advised not to go there for trade. Lights hope and the Argent Dawn have put in an emergency order for arms and armor. A necropolis has appeared in the sky above eastern Plague lands. The Slavers Consortium has been buying up highly magical individuals and sending them to Everlook. The floodplains in the Wetlands have frozen solid and no one knows why, trade to Menethil Harbor is limited. We decided to go to Everlook.

24th of Frostfall
Travel Plan: Portal from Ratchet to Everlook*, then take portal to Darkshire and walk to Stonard and Netherguard Keep. This may be subject to change based on new information the group finds on the way.

The game opens in Everlook where the party has just left the portal and is currently interacting with the Portal Representative Gazrik “Quickgold” Smiggs.

Potions Crafted: Note do not follow the learning guidelines in the book, but times required for crafting will be very important.
Seek’s Poisons: Hemotoxin + Acidic Poison

To the South of the town there appear to be a group of Consortium Guards and Everlook Guards
Slaver have been bringing people here for about two months, about 900 slaves so far. With a contract expect to expire today.
He’s not sure who they work for. The cages head South. There is another group heading out, probably around noon. The Darkwhisper Gourge, is a good educated guess of where the salves are being sent.
Garz-Thuls – point of contact for the Consortium, pays locals well and is in the SouthEast area of the city.
Nothing really new in the area.

Teleportation Costs:
To our teleportation circle- free
From our Teleportation Circle to System Circle: distance based but <200gp per person

On investigation of the Consortium Guards near the slave crates, it’s obvious they are battle hardened and professional. Rayven greases the wheels of negotiation towards getting the Consortium Guards to hire the adventurers as additional guards for the transport of the slaves. They are told the journey was about 1 ½ days to the drop off and the same back, elementals in the area have been more volatile as of late. This last crate contains 9 slaves, the last.
Check in with the Slavers Consortium in Booty bay or in Ratchet, ask for Garz-Thuls to catch up with the slavers who are heading, most likely, to the eastern kingdoms.

On discussion with Vaylin Starfrost, Everlook Guard, it was strongly indicated that the Consortium Guards are dramatically loathed by most people.

In route Ray kills an Ice Elemental in dramatic hammer fashion. Impressing the caravan. (5 uncommon reagents) The rest of the group attempts to gather herbs/ minerals in route. As the group travels the weather gets even colder.

Around 1-2pm the caravan arrives at the Darkwhisper Gourge, as the Slavers Consortium escort the slaves up to the first checkpoint, the group (Ray and Seek) recognizes the uniforms of crimson red and gold plating, white tabards with the logo of the Scarlet Crusade. Northwest of the checkpoint are Yeti caves.
The group travels up the path towards the first Scarlet Crusade camp, attempting to move quietly. And we enter Combat.

We are still in Everlook fighting the Scarlet Crusaders. Ray got a little chilly and had his penis turn from a +1 to a -1. After checking the tents of the first checkpoint we found receipts and ledgers tracking the shipment of slaves. We take a fight at the second checkpoint and make a tactical retreat. While retreating we see a mountain dew green beam shoot into the sky. We read through the document and find out that something big will happen on the 27th of frostfall. While going through the document we found about 200 slaves names which show that they have a higher magical attunement. We try to contact Elderbloom Deadgrave who did not answer so we prayed to Myrcel who has granted us 1 question.(We have not answered it yet)

Stakk and Seek both make 2 acidic poisons. Stakk gives one to Ray.

We make a plan to sneak up and unleash fireballs on the casters and clean up the rest. We follow said plan until Stakk fails at stealth and everyone hears him.

Roll initiative.

Battle begins with Ray and Kris behind enemy lines lighting up the casters. Lukas rushes in for support and extra damage.

Stakk and Seek are in the front of the camp engaged in melee with the other half of the group.

Vanray smacks the smile off Captain Smiley. Kris uses her charcoal pets to kill a marksman and throws a fireball to damage another. Nalthar kills the big smelly dude, and Kris takes out the cleric who touched Vanray in a secret spot. We quickly finish off the rest in the canyon. Stakk and Vanray cannibalize the corpses. We loot keys off Smiley and find 120 gp.

It’s 5:00 AM.

We enter the next area. Demons appear near cages and run off down a tunnel—we follow. Vanray and Nalthar lead the group, Seek is next, with Stakk and Kris bringing up the rear. We reach the end of a passage and find two routes: left and right. We feel energy pulsing from straight ahead, to the east. The passages are to the north and south, we feel even power each way.

We got the coordinates to Darkshire in Duskwood for 50 gold while in the outskirts of Everlook we searched for Vaylin and paid another 50 gold to find Vaylin Starfrost. Kris, Ray, and Stakk find Vaylin and ask her about the location of the slavers and tell us they went to Booty Bay and she heard them talking about something to do with trolls. We find lodging for 20 gold and sleep. Narthal crafts more powder
2nd of shadowmoon

We spend 75 gold to get to Darkshire. We spent the rest of the of the day traveling out of Duskwood
3rd of shadowmoon
We spent most of the day traveling into Deadwind Pass where we set up a camp. While we are camping we see a black dragon with patches of the Burning legion green. It is flying towards us from the east. The dragon lands and tells us that “we are too late, Doomlord Kazzak is nearing his goal and the other lieutenants are closing in as well.” As we fight Narthal picks up Ray and throws him toward the dragon and mid air Ray stabs it in its eye killing it.
