The undead have been considered a plague on many worlds. Throughout time they have developed their own means of communication between their own. It is a secret language that only now others are beginning to gain some grasp of. The cost to discover the meaning of this language has been high and many brave souls have gone to their final rest to bring this information to the public eye. Guard well this volume of text for it may be the key to understanding the most relentless of enemies.
In the development of this language many words have been taken direct from the original Sumerian. Some of those words have been changed to allow for the lack of lips. Not all undead are so well preserved after all. Consonants and sounds such as B, V, P, W and M will not be found among this dictionary. When a sound such as OW comes up it sounds hollow since it is said further back in the throat. To speak the sound of the XH combination it is said in the back of the throat like the hard CH in the German Achtung when followed by a vowel only and like the SH sound when the vowel comes after a consonant. There are always exceptions to every language and when they occur, when possible there will be a separate pronunciation next to the world for clarity. When two vowels or two consonants are put together it simply extends the sound the exception being with E, which becomes the long sound.
Grammar is the same as English except when dealing with past tense. When using a verb in the past tense it will sit at the beginning of the phrase.
